Santa Laurensia Research and Development (LITBANG) is a division that comprises of people with vast expertise and experiences in the field of education and curricular development. It is composed of the different academic department heads and activities coordinator.

The main function of the Research and Development is to develop a conductive school environment and to create a high quality of teaching learning competencies by analyzing and developing the school curriculum as well as to support and train teachers in the different teaching methods.
