  1. Complete the application form and the admission fee.
  2. Submit the following:
    1. Two pieces of 4x6 color photographs.
    2. A copy of applicant’s birth certificate
    3. A copy of applicant’s family card.
    4. A copy of applicant’s baptism certificate (for Catholic applicants)
    5. Two pieces of Rp 6,000.legal stamp .
    6. Transcripts for the previous three years of school works, especially for Junior High/Senior High/Tourism Vocational applicants.
        3.  Agree to complete the scheduled- written test, observation and/ or interview.
