Leaderships Training for FBIS
FBIS (Friendship Born in School) is a pioneer youth-group in Santa Laurensia School, who has a high awareness and concern about drugs among youngsters. This group,
under the guidance of dr. Hartati Kurniadi.SpKJ (K)., MHA, our Head of Health Center, a psychiatrist experienced in the field of anti-drugs, who worked in the Hospital Medication Dependency (RSKO)-Jakarta.FBIS activities was fully run by the students from Santa Laurensia secondary levels. Alumni who are in other countries, for example: Canada, Melbourne and Sydney (Australia), Singapore and China remain active to help this event FBIS.
The leaderships training, which was held on 6 – 8 March 2009, was attented by the Head of BNN, Mr. Gories Mere and Kapus Q & R (Rehabilitation and Theraphy) BNN, dr. Benny Ardjil, SpKJ on Sunday, 8 of March 2009. One of the activities was FBIS Basic Leadership Training (LDK), which aims to train FBIS’ members to become leader for themselves and among friends. All seventy FBIS’ members distributed 1,000 booklets, designed by Giorby-FBIS member, which contains information on the FBIS and information about drugs in Alam Sutera Estate.
