Laurensia Team Came Out as Major Winners in Laurensia Cup

Laurensia team had won most of trophies in Laurensia Cup 2008, for soccer, female mini soccer, and female basket ball games. This event was conducted for a week starting from 19 – 26 January 2008, with not less than 15 high schools from Jakarta, Tangerang and Bogor had participated in this tournament.

As an appreciation for those who had worked hard and shown their best performance in this event, Principal of high school Mr.Wayan, decided to award certificate of achievement to the best players in several categories such as:

Best Soccer Player (M)  : Jesse Gunawan (XII.S1)

Best Basket Ball Player(F) :Marleen (XI.S1)

Best Basket Ball Player(M): Febryan Yudha P(X.4)

Best Favourite Player (F) : Aileen Mulja (XII.A2)

Best Promised Soccer Player (M): Daryl W(X.3)

Most Talented Guest Player in Mini Soccer (F): Metta(SMK Par)

Special thanks also awarded to Stephanie Octavia and Mr.Y. Heri Purwanto, as leader and coordinator advisors to Laurensia Cup, and all of their teams and teachers for their supports and achievements to make Laurensia Cup ran smooth and success. 

Many appreciated Laurensia Cup is the most successful and entertaining event.

All students and teachers in SMA Santa Laurensia had congratulated to Laurensia Cup committee for succeeding Laurensia Cup 2008. Many have cherished Laurensia Cup as the most successful and entertaining event ever.

Closing ceremony of Laurensia Cup was conducted on January 26, starting from 17.00 – 21.00, in Gymnasium Hall, with many bands performances, modern dances and magician show. Around 600 tickets were sold during that day. Most of them were our current students and alumni. They had shown high enthusiasms during closing ceremony.
