MERIT AWARD in 2nd Indonesia Information & Communication Technology Award (INAICTA)
On 7 – 8 August 2008 located in Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), The 2nd INAICTA-Indonesia Information & Communication Technology Award 2008 was held to develop an information & communication in Indonesia. On the other hand, the INAICTA 2008 wants to encourage a local professional creativity to make an ICT solution and preparing them to compete in international competition. In this exhibition, Aiken Christiansen Sujana (8th Graders of Santa Laurensia’s student)won a merit award in SMP studentsfor his game: THE WARRIOR.
The Warrior itself was made using Macromedia Flash 8 programme as well as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Powerpoint 2007, including: the dirt, missile, grenade explosions, the menu icons, etc. the rest of it were downloaded from the internet, edited, and animated using Flash, such as: running troops, tanks, and so on. The game is about a troop who has a mission to save his leader who get arrested and isolated to a dessert in other country, called area 98. Once again, congratulations to Aiken!
