- Complete the application form and the admission fee.
- Submit the following:
- Three pieces of 4x6 photographs.
- A copy of applicant’s birth certificate
- A copy of applicant’s family card.
- A copy of applicant’s baptism certificate (for Catholic applicants)or Rp 6,000.00 tax stamp (for non-Catholic applicants).
- Transcripts for the previous three years of school works, especially for Junior High/Senior High/Tourism Vocational applicants.
3. Agree to complete the scheduled- written test, observation and/ or interview.
